A variation on one of the earlier pieces from the “Folds” collection. This vessel has a unique surface created by combining three kinds of clay. A unique piece inspired by lines and layers of landscape and layers of human experience. From a limited number of clay colors comes a surface that is endlessly varied and never the same. Just like this vase can never be replicated no matter how much I might try, so we as people will always get a unique and different experience even when faced with the same circumstances. Layer by layer we create our own life story which is always beautiful in its own way
